Sales Process

All potential franchise partners will be required to complete the following before being awarded a franchise:

  • Complete franchise application to include your financial information
  • Phone interview with Rusty Taco Representative
  • Attend “Join the Team” day in Dallas. This visit will include meetings with our Rusty Taco management team as well as spending time in our corporate restaurants.
  • Upon approval, sign Development Agreement and submit Development Fee
  • Release franchise partner to identify potential restaurant locations
